Choosing a cosmetic tattooist means trusting someone with your face. At Perfection Enhanced, you are choosing Juliette Miller, whose background combines 30 years in the beauty industry, more than 17 years specialising in cosmetic tattooing, London academy management and industry awards judging.

London Training and International Experience

Juliette was the Business Development and Training Manager for Natural Enhancement, a cosmetic tattoo training academy in Chiswick, London. Her role combined academy management with supporting the training and professional development of other cosmetic tattoo practitioners.

Personally trained in cosmetic tattooing by Tracey Simpson, Juliette also studied makeup at Beauty Base London. Her qualifications and experience across beauty therapy, makeup artistry and cosmetic tattooing bring together an understanding of skin, colour and facial balance.

Her wider career has also included working in Harrods and Selfridges, adding experience within London’s prestigious department stores to her professional background.

Eight Years of Industry Awards Judging

Juliette has spent eight years judging New Zealand cosmetic tattoo industry awards, assessing the work of fellow practitioners. This experience brings another perspective to her own practice, with an emphasis on detail, technique and thoughtful treatment design.

Since founding Perfection Enhanced over 15 years ago, Juliette has offered cosmetic tattooing across Tauranga, Auckland and Hamilton. Every treatment is personally performed by her, so you know exactly whose experience you are choosing.

Her bespoke approach considers your skin, existing brows or makeup, facial features and the look you feel comfortable wearing. Whether you want softly defined brows, eyeliner or lip colour, the aim is to enhance your features while keeping the result recognisably you.
